Steinwasen Park is open daily from 10am to 18pm until and including September 13th.

From September 14th to November 01st inclusive, Steinwasen Park is open daily from 10 am to 17 pm.

• The Sparkasse's KNAX Day will take place at Steinwasen Park on July 5th, 2026. Therefore, longer waiting times at the ticket office and at the attractions are to be expected. Thank you for your understanding!
• With the Hochschwarzwald Card you get free entry. Please report directly to the checkout using the QR code.
• The price includes the entire zoo, the suspension bridge and all attractions. Additional costs may arise in restaurants or on the playgrounds (coin-operated cars)
• Dogs on a leash are welcome
• If you cannot redeem a voucher online, please bring the voucher with you to the cashier on site.
• During the holidays, waiting times may be longer. We ask for your understanding!
• New smoking regulations will come into effect in Baden-Württemberg on June 01st. Smoking will only be permitted in designated smoking areas.
