You can get information at our cash desks at the entrance and at the cable cars. If you have any questions, you can also contact our park team at any time. Our park team will be happy to assist you. We are also grateful for suggestions and criticism in order to continue to optimize our offer.

Wheelchair users and blind people receive free entry to Steinwasen Park. Accompanying persons receive a discount if “B” is noted on their pass.

Information about the parking area

Please note that Steinwasen Park is, among other things, a mountain and wildlife park. In the entire park area it is often "uphill and downhill". The paths are mostly tarred or paved, a few paths are gravel.

There is an elevator in the building that can be used to reach the different levels.

Parking

There are designated parking spaces for people with disabilities directly at the entrance area. Of course, there is no parking fee here either.

Toilets

You will find special toilets for people with disabilities in the entrance area and in the park at Gengenbacher Platz.
