1. General:
The contract is concluded with Steinwasen Park Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße 6, D-79331 Teningen. Regulations that deviate from this are only valid if they have been mutually agreed upon expressly and in writing. The following general terms and conditions apply in the version valid at the time of the order. Only people over the age of 18 are entitled to shop in our online shop.
2) Conclusion of contract, payment and delivery:
The tickets and vouchers offered on the Steinwasen Park website represent a non-binding and non-binding purchase offer. The prices quoted include the statutory VAT. By clicking the buy button, the customer makes a binding declaration to the provider that he wants to purchase the contents of the shopping cart. The contract is concluded by the provider's declaration after the order has been sent. The declaration is sent to the customer immediately after clicking the purchase button.
If no copies of the product selected by the customer are available at the time of the order, the provider will inform the customer of this in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently not available or deliverable, the provider will refrain from a declaration of acceptance. A contract is not concluded in this case.
3) Tickets and Vouchers
When it comes to online tickets and vouchers, it should be noted that Steinwasen Park sends them to the customer with a QR or barcode. Since the customer can print out the ticket or voucher himself, several prints are possible, but only one print is relevant to the value and can be redeemed. The first voucher redeemed in the System4c system or the first ticket with the corresponding QR or barcode will be considered the original. If other copies with the same code appear, this is a matter of misuse, which has criminal consequences. Since a voucher or ticket can be passed on or given away accordingly, Steinwasen Park is not obliged or able to check the right of ownership of the person redeeming it. When redeeming, it is only checked whether the corresponding barcode has really been released by the system and whether the corresponding voucher or ticket has actually been paid for.
Lost tickets and vouchers will not be replaced. No cash payment, no refund or exchange of unredeemed vouchers or tickets. Differences cannot be refunded. Steinwasen Park is not obliged to accept unpaid vouchers or tickets as a means of payment. The services listed in the voucher or ticket can only be provided or guaranteed by the company during regular opening hours. The service described in the voucher or ticket may differ slightly depending on the event, but must not represent a relevant reduction in value for the guest. Should the Steinwasen Park have to close for any reason or file for bankruptcy, the online vouchers expire without compensation. This is also the case if the company verifiably changes hands. In such a case, Steinwasen Park cannot be used as the original issuer of the vouchers.
4) Validity, period of validity:
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Online tickets are valid for the booked date. Each voucher and ticket can only be redeemed once, which is ensured by an associated QR or barcode.
5) Cash payment, accounting:
A cash replacement of the voucher or ticket is not possible. A sales tax-compliant invoice with the corresponding tax certificate is issued when the voucher is purchased and issued.

However, the right of withdrawal does not exist if the use of the service has already begun within the withdrawal period. This right of return only applies to customers who qualify as consumers (every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity). In the event of loss, theft or invalidation of vouchers, Steinwasen Park cannot provide a replacement.
8) Jurisdiction:
German law applies exclusively to all contractual relationships.
The place of jurisdiction is the local court at the registered office of the company.
